UPDATED CORONAVIRUS RESOURCE INFORMATION FOR OHIO PLAN MEMBERS

Members,

As we enter the next phase of dealing with the Coronavirus, the Ohio Plan continues to monitor this evolving situation to find additional ways to assist you, our members, in this challenging time so that you can focus on what you do best – protecting and serving your communities.

Many public entities are struggling to understand the requirements and properly apply the new federal leaves that are mandated by the Federal Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).  In addition, the need for information providing general guidance for social distancing and other policies for conducting the operational aspects of the essential functions of public entities has also become apparent.

Below please find links below for helpful information to address these needs and concerns:

As always, please consult your own legal counsel regarding what policies are best for your organization.

Although we still may have a long way to go before things return to normal, we are beginning to see encouraging signs of progress.  The Ohio Plan is committed  to continuing to find ways to assist your entity through these unprecedented times.

If you have any questions regarding this information or other ways that we can be of assistance, please feel free to contact us directly at (513) 906-6705.

Please continue to remain safe and healthy,

Michael Hinnenkamp
Executive Director
